Millon ZERO Non-Alcoholic

ZERO Non-Alcoholic

Made from Millon's award-winning wine, then dealcoholised by a patented Australian vacuum process: under vacuum, alcohol boils at 25–30°C rather than 78.5°C, so it evaporates cool while the aromatics, tannin, polyphenols and resveratrol remain. Not grape juice — wine with the alcohol taken out.

BNPR · Barossa North Para River

BNPR Wines

In 1918 Peter’s great-grandfather Sam bought the family’s first vineyard in the Barossa Valley. Three generations on, Peter studied viticulture and oenology at the University of Adelaide, worked at Treasury Wine Estates and Pernod Ricard, and has been the family’s chief winemaker since 1990. The name comes from the North Para River, which carved the Barossa itself; the four letters also stand for Brave, Noble, Progressive and Real.

PARRA 1880 Old Vine

Five acres of Shiraz planted in 1880 — among the oldest surviving Shiraz vines in McLaren Vale, through 141 years of heat and cold. Yields are very low but the flavour is all the more complex: mixed spice, fruit, candied peel, dark plum and jam, against an earthy note and fine tannin.

PARRA Moon

Cold air from the Antarctic runs off Lake Alexandrina straight into Langhorne Creek, keeping the district cool; the estate farms organically, holding the site lean and low-yielding. Red cherry, strawberry, violet and rose petal on opening, with comfortable acidity and fine tannin in balance.

For grilled beef, lamb, seared duck or spiced dishes.

Tasting Events

In-store tastings
from five guests

Tasting is how the difference becomes obvious. It remains our favourite way to explain any of this.

Our Linkou showroom hosts tastings by appointment, from five guests. Whether it is friends, a small corporate event, or a genuine comparison of wines and equipment before a purchase, you are welcome to book.

We also run tasting and glassware programmes — wine selection, glass comparison, structure and delivery on the day. For operators, this is among the most effective floor-staff training available.

and racking

Openers, decanters, glassware and racking, advised according to how they will actually be used.

Racking deserves more thought than it usually gets: ambient temperature and humidity, how the bottle is supported, and how easily it comes out all affect both the wine and the daily experience. If you are planning a storage space, bring it into the conversation.
